Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition you received them. Unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email howdy@weirdplace.net with your order number, the item, and the reason. We will share the full instructions once your request is approved.

If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we provide a prepaid label. For all other returns, return shipping is your responsibility. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Check your order when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email howdy@weirdplace.net right away with photos so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for what you want.

Refunds

We will email you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card may take extra time to post the refund.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
